Willkommen bei The Photographer's Ephemeris , ein Planungswerkzeug für Sonnen-, Mond- und Nachtfotografie für Outdoor-Fotografen.
Die Idee für TPE wurde erstmals im März 2008 in einem Workshop für Landschaftsfotografie mit Glenn Randall im Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado, entwickelt. Damals waren die Zeiten und die Azimuten des Sonnenaufgangs usw. bereits online und in vielen Apps verfügbar.
Glenn zeigte der Klasse, wie man diese Informationen auf einer topografischen Karte darstellt und interpretiert. Es schien eine Gelegenheit zu sein, diese Arbeit digital mit Online-Karten zu machen, und so wurde TPE geboren.
Die Technologie der Fotografie entwickelt sich immer schneller, aber die Grundlagen des natürlichen Lichts bleiben bestehen. TPE für iOS hat sich seit seiner ersten Veröffentlichung im April 2010 erheblich weiterentwickelt. Wir gehen davon aus, dass es sich weiter entwickeln wird, da mobile Geräte mehr Funktionen bieten.
